It is possible to submit biometrics at the Swedish Embassy in Singapore primarely for applicants residing in Singapore and Brunei.
Singaporean and Malaysian citizens can to travel to Sweden without an entry visa. You pick up a hardcopy of the decision at the Embassy Monday-Friday 9am-12pm, no appointment is necessary.
