Fees

The VFS Global collect the visa fee on behalf of the Embassy.

The VFS Global in Saudi Arabia charge a service fee of 9 EUR per application (over and above the visa fee) for their services.

Exemption from visa fees are given to the following categories:

• Diplomatic passport holder (irrespective of purpose)
• School pupils, students, research students and accompanying teachers on study or training trips
• Researchers travelling for the purpose of pursuing scientific research
• Representatives of non-profit organisations aged 25 or less, participating in seminars, conferences, sports, cultural or educational events organized by non-profit organisations
• Receivers of Erasmus Mundus scholarships
• Visitors to The World Maritime University
• Visitors to the Swedish Institute (SI)
• Visitors to SIDA
