Appeals

The Embassy must receive you appeal no later than three weeks after you have received the decision.

You can submit your appeal via visa.riyadh@gov.se or send it to the Embassy via mail.

The appeal must state:

• The decision you want to appeal.
• Your name, date of birth, postal address and telephone number.
• Why you want the decision to be changed and any evidence that you wish to add.

The Embassy initially decides whether to review the decision. If the Embassy decides not to change the decision, the case is forwarded to the Migration Court in Sweden.

If someone else signs the appeal on your behalf, you must authorize that person to represent you through a power of attorney.
