How can I get work permit card, if I am already in Sweden, but my card was ordered to or is already at the Embassy of Sweden in Moscow?
The Embassy of Sweden in Moscow can send your card only to one of the offices of the Migration Agency.
You should:
- Choose the nearest office on the Migration Agency website.
- Email the Migration department of the Embassy of Sweden in Moscow by visa.moscow@gov.se with a request to send your card to the chosen office of the Migration Agency. You should indicate the number of your case or name, citizenship, and date of birth in the e-mail.
- Wait for confirmation in the response e-mail. If you have not received confirmation within a few working days, you need to contact the Migration department of the Embassy of Sweden in Moscow by phone +7 (495) 937 92 01 (during the phone hours).
Please note that it is not possible to track your card after it has been sent from the Embassy. You will need to contact the chosen office of the Migration Agency to ask if they have received your card. Also, please note that it takes about 4-6 weeks and it is impossible to speed up the process.
