If you plan to stay in Sweden for more than 90 days, then you need to apply for a work permit.
If you plan to stay in Sweden for no more than 90 days, then you need to have both a visa and a work permit. Your right to work will be indicated on the visa and also in the decision of Migration Agency. A copy of the decision can be given to you.
