What should I do if I got a positive decision, but I do not have time to wait a work permit card, since I need to start working?

You can apply for a D-visa. To be granted a D-visa special circumstances are required, for instance you risk losing your employment. If you are granted, you can enter Sweden and start working. You will need to leave biometrics and get a work permit card in Sweden at the nearest office of the Migration Agency.
