The quickest and easiest way to apply for a visitor’s permit is to apply online over the Internet through the Swedish Migration Agency’s website.
An online application goes directly to the Swedish Migration Agency and is given priority.
If you cannot apply online, you can submit a paper application directly at the Swedish Embassy after having made an appointment. There is a limited number of appointments for this, we therefore always recommend you to apply online.
The Embassy of Sweden in Moscow is accepting applications from the citizens of:
• Russian Federation
• Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia and Belarus
• other countries who are legally residing in the territory of the Russian Federation.
