If it is a positive decision, and the biometrics has already been taken, your residence permit card will be ordered and be delivered to the Embassy of Sweden in Moscow within about 4-6 weeks. You can pick it up personally or give a power of attorney to a third person.
If the decision is negative, then you need to get a copy of the decision. You have the possibility to appeal the decision. This must be done within 3 weeks from the moment you were informed that you decision is negative. Information on how to appeal is attached to the decision.
