Applying for a visa, work or residence permit

The Embassy of Sweden in Warsaw does not process applications or provide information on visa, residence or work permits.

If you have any inquiries regarding a residence and/or work permit, or would like to submit an application, please visit the website of the Swedish Migration Agency.

This website provides information on what is required to obtain a permit, and you can apply directly for a residence and work permit online.  

Should you need to book an appointment you can also visit the website of the Embassy of Sweden in Berlin. 

The Embassy in Berlin is the closest Swedish embassy to Warsaw to handle migration matters.
