If you are granted a residence permit, you will be issued a residence permit card.
The card is ordered automatically if you have already been photographed and fingerprinted. If you have not been photographed and fingerprinted, you need to book an appointment and visit the Embassy in person in order to be photographed and fingerprinted.

It can take approximately four weeks to six weeks for the residence permit card to be made and delivered to the Embassy. If you have made an online application, you receive an email indicating that the card is made and sent to the Embassy.
Once the card has arrived at the Embassy, you can book an appointment to collect your residence permit card.
You should always contact the Embassy before your visit in order to get further information. When you visit the Embassy, you should bring your passport with you.
