If you are not satisfied with the decision you have been given, you can appeal it. The appeal must be in writing, signed by you, and must be presented at or arrive at the embassy no later than three weeks after the date you received the decision.
The appeal must state:
If someone else signs the appeal on your behalf, that person must be authorized to represent you (power of attorney). The power of attorney document must be signed by you and submitted in the original together with your appeal.
It is the embassy that initially decides whether to review the decision. If it decides not to change its decision, the case is forwarded to the Migration Court in Sweden.
