Regardless of whether you live in Sweden or the UK, you can apply for a passport/id-card at the Swedish Police. Please find information about applying for passports in Sweden, and how to book an appointment here.
If you apply for a passport in Sweden, you can ask to have it sent to the UK for collection. More information about collecting your passport here.
The Embassy can offer a limited number of Swedish citizens the opportunity to renew their passports in London. Please find instructions how to book these appointments here (only in Swedish).

To be able to apply for a Swedish passport/id-card, a personal id number or a coordination number is required.
