Renewal of Passports for Children Under 18

Applications for ordinary passports (or national ID cards) can be made at police authorities in Sweden and at Swedish embassies abroad that are authorised to carry out passport services. Information is available on the Police's website and Sweden Abroad. On Sweden Abroad, you can find information about whether each Embassy or Consulate is authorised to issue passports

Collecting Passports

Specify where you wish to collect your passport at the time of application. You can collect your new passport at the Swedish Embassy in Dublin during our visiting hours or at another Swedish foreign mission, for a handling fee of €17 payable at the Embassy upon collection.
