If the Swedish national is living outside of Sweden:

The application fee is equivalent of 200 SEK. You pay in Philippine pesos at the same time you submit the application. The embassy only accepts cash payment.
If you have married abroad, you must show a certificate to the Swedish Tax Agency that the wedding has taken place. If the Swedish Tax Agency decides that the marriage is valid in Sweden, it is registered in the civil registry.
